Blank sketchbook anxiety

I've kept sketchbooks and journals blank for years because I didn't want to ruin the perfect pages.  I have a lot of anxiety about not being able to undo what I put on the paper.  I saw someone's "Wreck This Journal" and just looking at theirs was very liberating.  I don't plan on dragging my sketchbook by a string, but I am now comfortable with making mistakes, because its okay to make mistakes.  So here is one of the first drawings in my sketchbook; a red fox done in colored pencil

 

And on the adjacent page is a Born Ruffians lyric

"And I know foxes mate for life because they are in love"
