Matching blue bowl

I made this bowl to match my favorite mug.  The way the glaze dripped on this one was a little different but I still like it a lot.

I love my cup!

This is a wheel thrown cup with a pulled handle.  I love, love, love it.  The lip is the perfect shape for sipping, the handle has a nice shallow groove for my thumb to rest, and is the perfect size for my fingers. It also has great balance, and I love the color.  I wish I could make a whole set of these.  I'm not very good with consistency yet.  For now this one of a kind piece finds its home in my office where I can enjoy it daily and occasionally show it off. :o)

Rust and sage wheel thrown pot

I really like how the glaze turned out on this pot.  I covered the whole thing in the rust colored glaze, then I only dipped half of it in the green.  It sort of does its own thing once it starts melting together.

Wheel thrown pot

This was created while practicing throwing cylinders.  I love the color of the "snail" glaze.
